At BrandzStorm – Giordano, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

• The product is damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product.
  

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons of personal choices, change of color, or any other variations.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift Cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Watches with signs of wear, tampering or without original packaging.

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us at giordano@brandzstorm.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Attach photos of the item and mention the issue clearly.
  

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

 

4. Refunds

• Refunds won't be processed for Partial Paid order if customer doesn't accept the order
• No Refunds for personal watch change request
• In case of damage or defects a New Watch will be sent

 

5. Exchanges

Exchanges or Returns are only available incase of Damage/Defect or Wrong product delivered.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please:

• Record a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
• Share it with us within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a replacement after a verification
• Replacement product will be delivered within 5 working days.

 

Terms of Warranty

Giordano provides a limited warranty exclusively on its range of watches. This warranty does not extend to any other product category, including but not limited to jewellery, accessories, or apparel.

7. Warranty Coverage

1. Duration: The warranty is valid for a period of twelve(12) months from the date of purchase, as stated on the invoice.
2. Scope: 

• • Manufacturing defects in the watch movement (timekeeping mechanism).
  • Battery replacement during the warranty period.
  • Any fault that impairs the normal functioning of the watch arising from defective materials or workmanship under normal use.

8. Exclusions From Warranty

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage due to normal wear and tear or excessive use.
• Physical damage, including scratches, dents, or breakage to the glass, strap, case, crown, dial, or bracelet.
• Damage resulting from mishandling, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
• Water damage or malfunction arising from servicing carried out by unauthorized personnel or service centers.
• Any consequential or incidental damages or loss, whether direct or indirect.

 

9. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must adhere to the following procedure:

1. Initiation: Email us at giordano@brandzstorm.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Approval: Upon preliminary assessment, our support team will communicate approval of the claim via email, if it falls within the warranty terms.
3. Collection & Packaging: After approval, Giordano will arrange for the collection of the product from the customer’s registered address. The customer must securely pack the watch in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to ensure safe transit.
4. Inspection & Service: Upon receipt at our authorized service facility, the product will undergo inspection by certified technicians. If the defect is covered under warranty, the watch will be repaired and shipped back at no additional cost to the customer. If repair is not feasible, an appropriate alternative solution (including possible replacement or credit) will be communicated.
5. Exclusions & Charges: If the product is found to be outside the scope of warranty, the customer will be informed accordingly and may opt for paid repair services.
